Rolling Stone is reporting that Ozzy is in the final stages of recording a new solo album. It was originally going to be called Soul Sucka, but Ozzy apparently had a change of heart. And apparently the fan's helped the re-think. Seems when they posted the new title online, fans weren't digging it. "F*&k it, I've got to come up with something else," Ozzy stated after the fan reaction. The new, as of yet untitled, album is due out in July....the same month that Ozzy says Ozzfest will be returning after a 1-year break.
Checking in with fans about their latest work, here's what Sevendust had to say:
"Well we're happy to say the mixing process is wrapped up. Next is mastering and finishing artwork the fist single will be announced soon and we'll leak a trakc for our hardcore fans that have been waiting. We're VERY excited to get this out to you guys. Keep your eyes and ears out for it. Go to our official website to watch daily 'On Tour' videos we will be post starting FEB 18. We'll also have small clips of the 'Making of the record' that will post weekly leading up to the release this spring."
