I hereby give my resignation to 99.5 The Rocket and am going to pursue a life-long dream as a geltato maker....

YOU WISH!!!!

But...in case I get canned in the near future, I'm keeping it as a back-up plan. A fattening and yet of-so-satisfying back-up plan!

A new University based in Italy has already enrolled nearly 12,000 students from around the world for their first ever Gelato Courses!  They learn traditional gelato making techniques (which could never hurt with the ladies, guys...) and are also given training in marketing and management so they can be successful in running their own shops in the future.
